Meet the Founder
The Society Institute was founded by Stacia Baker on a simple belief: all business problems are human problems. Performance, growth, communication, culture, and strategy all rise or fall based on how people think, relate, and work together.
Stacia is both an entrepreneur and strategist, with over a decade of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate complex challenges and meaningful change. Her work focuses on clarity, communication, and execution. Not theory for theory’s sake, but progress that actually shows up in real life.
What sets Stacia apart is that she doesn’t stop at insight or advice. When needed, she works hands-on helping build systems, clarify roles, strengthen communication, and move ideas into execution. Whether through coaching, consulting, workshops, or direct support, her focus remains the same: clarity, capability, and meaningful progress.
Over the years, Stacia has developed original frameworks, including the Y-Method™, designed to help people align who they are with how they lead, work, and relate to others.
